  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, but only on Ebay as Ebay has this great international shipping program. I mail your order to their hub, and they ship it to you. This allows me to offer international shipping as I'm a one woman show. Please DM me and I can set up a listing on Ebay. Due to Ebay's fees being higher, the cost of the item(s) will be 15% more than what is listed on my Storenvy. Shipping is automatically calculated by Ebay and they can ship things more cost effectively than a casual seller like myself. I've seen affordable rates for my international buyers so far.

  • Do you do combined shipping?

    Yes! Shipping total however is based on weight and size. So, say you have one heavy item and one light...I'll charge the heavy item shipping cost and a tad more for the additional item. I do refund shipping overcharges greater than $2.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your order will ship out in 1-3 business days, or up to 10 days if a custom order. I always ship USPS and the individual estimations can be found on their website.

  • Who makes these goods? Where do they come from?

    All handmade goods are made by yours truly and all other goods were previously owned by me, paid with my own hard-earned cash.

    Please note: I do cross-list and get most of my business through my website for my handmade witchy goth line of beeswax candles, potpourri and skull diffusers, and Depop for everything else. So, if you see something here it is still for sale, but who can say for how long :). Typically, most of my items are in someone's cart and the holiday times (any holiday sale time) are always a mosh pit of retail therapy excitement. I literally have one of most items and even my brand is very limited. I sell scented items that are based on what you love. So I will never have every scent I've had in the past. Some fan favs that I foresee always being in stock are Lord of Misrule, Snow Fairy, Breath of God, Moonlight Path, Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin, Nag Champa, Dragon's Blood, Wicked Spiced Green Apple and Egyptian Dragon. The first five scents are very close to the originals. Please note, we have no affiliation with any other brand and merely sell scented items that have inspired-by scents. All trademarks are reserved with the respective brands. You may find our products listed with alternative but similar names.

  • Please elaborate more on your no returns or exchanges policies.

    My overall policy is, if I fubbed up, I will make it right regardless of my store policies. Everything else is on a case-by-case basis. I do try my best to be 100 percent transparent and accurate in my listings, but I am only human. I do not however have control over shipping, if your item gets damaged or stolen. You would need to contact USPS as all packages now come with $100 in insurance apparently which is great.

    Clothing items where sizing may be an issue are eligible for returns. Please reach out to me to confirm your return. I only refund the cost of the item. I'm sure you can understand why. You may choose whatever shipping method you want to, to ship back the clothing. I will inspect it and ensure it is free of smoke, perfume smells, and in the same condition as posted on my listing so I can resell it. You will receive a refund for the full cost of the item via whatever method you paid with within 10 business days.

    I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any other items as most of what I sell are either handmade home goods, or manga & anime collectibles. I'm very niche in what I sell and typically my customers have dug deep on the internet to find me. I have yet to have anyone be disappointed in the quality of the items I sell, or my packing skills. I will make one exception when it comes to my brand, expensive gift sets. If you bought a giftset from me and you get it home and hate the scent profile, despite it being custom-made I will allow an exchange of the scent. This means if it came with a refresher oil and diffuser, simply send back those components at your own cost and I will mail you out a replacement scent of your choosing at your own cost. I'm sure you can understand that shipping is quite expensive for small business owners. (Typically, Poshmark is the least expensive place I can sell these heavier giftset items.) Any potpourri cannot be returned as there is no way to sell it "like new". Once a scent wears off you can easily refresh it in the new chosen scent. If you know your nose is particular, (mine is too) please know that I only carry eco-friendly and ethical scents and offer a sampler. They are 'free of' all those nasty irritants and most are pet safe. Some things like citrus, peppermint and cinnamon (to name a few), can be irritating to your cat's senses. If you feel your bundle of joy will not consume said product whilst you're away working your butt off, by all means, disregard my warning. I just like people to be aware that not all essential oils and scents are safe for pets. One reason I started my brand was because of all the nasty stuff in candles and diffusers irritating myself and my cat Tai's lungs.
